About the role

A Hardware Engineer with experience in retail banking and branch technologies, including ATMs, cash recycler devices, teller and branch workstation peripherals, self-service banking equipment, and other specialized branch hardware platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assess and certify niche branch hardware components to ensure compliance with company hardware, software, and operational standards.
• Partner with Security Engineering to integrate security controls and mitigate technology risks.
• Work with Network Engineering to validate infrastructure and connectivity requirements.
• Conduct hardware compatibility, performance, and resiliency testing.
• Support vendor engagement, technical evaluations, and lifecycle management activities.
• Provide engineering expertise for branch modernization and technology refresh initiatives.

Pay

The salary range for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by work location, job level, skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additional compensation may include an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive pay, or other forms of bonus or variable compensation.
