Senior Security Systems/Alarm Installation and Service Technician

About the role

The Installation and Service Technician III position in Syracuse, NY is responsible for providing high-quality installation and maintenance services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning issues
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve service requests
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• At least 2 years of related experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications
