Senior Security Service Technician

Piper Companies is looking for a Senior Security Service Technician to join a system integrator in the Washington, DC or Baltimore, MD area. Essential Duties of the Senior Security Service Technician: Advanced diagnostics across enterprise access control, video management, intrusion detection, and integrated security platformsTroubleshoot enterprise server architecture, distributed controllers, failover environments, and system integrationsTroubleshoot advanced networking including VLANs, routing, multicast, firewall considerations, and PoE infrastructureSupport lifecycle planning, modernization recommendations, and customer technical advisory services Qualifications of the Senior Security Service Technician: Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field7+ years experience in related fieldRecognized Subject Matter Expert across multiple security platformsGenetec, LenelS2 Advanced, Software House Advanced certifications are preferredActive Security clearance is a plus Compensation for the Senior Security Service Technician: $85,000 - $120,000 (based on experience)Comprehensive benefit package; Cigna Medical, Cigna Dental, Vision, 401k w/ ADP, PTO, paid holidays, sick Leave as required by law This job opens for applications on 7/31/26.
