Job Summary
McSweeney CDJR is growing and actively looking for driven, high-energy individuals to join our sales team. We are especially interested in experienced sales professionals as well as candidates with a strong background in the customer service industry who are ready to take their career to the next level. The right candidate will be motivated, personable, competitive, and committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience. In this role, you will build relationships, set appointments, guide customers through the buying process, and help match them with the right vehicle for their needs.

Responsibilities
- Build strong customer relationships and create clients for life
- Use a consultative sales approach by asking the right questions and listening to customer needs
- Aid customers in selecting the right vehicle, options, and features
- Deliver professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles
- Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Develop the skills needed to overcome objections and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
- Work directly with sales management to review goals, activity, and performance
- Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team mindset every day
