Summary

Expertise in sales and relationship management; applies expertise cross-functionally. Work is guided by broad objectives and corporate policy. Incumbents oversee extremely complex, or multiple complex projects, including cross-functional projects where a high degree of judgment and independence are required in developing solutions and resolving unusual problem situations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains a minimum revenue accountability (a personal sales quota).
  • Acts as the primary sales interface for several accounts on a regional basis.
  • Responsible for identifying the influencers and key decision makers within the account and establishing/maintaining close relationships with them.
  • Develops account strategies in conjunction with BD team members and executes tactics.
  • Investigates potential new accounts and opportunities within the account or region.
  • Safeguards the achievement of minimum revenue objectives for the assigned territory.
  • Functions as the Customer advocate to ensure that the organization remains customer-focused.
  • Delivers quotations and RFQ responses to customers.

Requirements

  • Extremely strong communication, interpersonal, relationship management and professional sales skills.
  • Strong reporting skills, as well as, time and priority management skills.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Strong team management skills and high level of ability to work with others as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Some electronics knowledge/background is essential.
  • Knowledge and experience in the sales of Services is critical.

Physical Demands

  • Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
  • Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
  • Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.

Salary

The stated range includes Base Salary and target Short-Term Incentive (STI) compensation only. A comprehensive benefits package is offered in addition to this range. The range described in this posting is an estimate by the Company, and may change based on several factors, including but not limited to a change in the duties covered by the job posting, or the credentials, experience or geographic jurisdiction of the successful candidate. Salary Range: $131K-160K base
