Senior Rep - CLP Dealer Support
About the role
The Senior Representative for CLP Dealer Support plays a crucial role in handling administrative repossession procedures, collaborating with various Ally departments, and supporting projects. This position requires strong organizational, data entry, and analytical skills, along with the ability to escalate risks.
Responsibilities
- Partner with AE/UW/Dealer Management/Sales support teams to resolve repo-related inquiries.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to format and complete daily reporting.
- Meet internal goal metrics and drive performance.
- Work closely with outside repossession companies, forwarders, and skip supplier works.
- Collaborate with Special Handling groups on complex accounts such as bankruptcy, SCRA, replevin, deceased, fraud, etc.
- Support various business and/or department-level projects.
- Perform qualitative reviews of individual situations, identify trends, and make recommendations.
- Communicate via phone or email effectively and clearly with vendors on routine and escalated requests.
- Adhere to laptop security policies and work from home policies as needed.
- Assist in partnership with complaints and escalations.
Requirements
- 0+ years of auto finance experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in auto finance operations preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Intermediate written and oral communication skills.
- Comprehension and judgment regarding guidelines or policies.
- Ingenuity and initiative in collecting information, coordinating activities, and resolving routine and/or factual problems.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Expert data entry and word processing skills.
- Ability to work well in a team setting and assist peers.
- Strong listening skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Excel and Power Point, high proficiency preferred.
- Intermediate written and oral communication skills.
- Comprehension and judgment regarding applicability of guidelines or policies to specific situations.

Pay
Base pay ranges from $49,920 to $59,488 USD, with an annual incentive plan available. The exact salary is determined by the specific role, scope, and responsibilities, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications.
Schedule
The Work Schedule for this role is 7am to 4pm CST or 8am to 5pm CST. The Work Location is Lewisville, TX.
