Responsibilities

• Provides customer service to all guests, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable to promote return visits.
• Deals multiple games as listed above while ensuring game protection in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Fills in as a supervisor when needed, supervising dealers, protecting the integrity of the game, assisting guests, and enforcing procedures related to games.
• Encourages, sets high expectations, and sets a positive example to maintain a fun, exciting, and professional working environment for staff and a pleasant and entertaining experience for guests.
• Maintains dealer skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of Table Games experience within the last 10 years.
• Fast and accurate in handling cash.
• Six months of experience in customer service field preferred.
• Successfully complete a basic math test and pass an audition.
• Quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets.
• Possess good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards, and money.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Make calm, rational decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent and literate in English.

Qualifications

• Standing/Walking - 85% of the time / Bending and lifting - 15% of the time / Lifting/moving maximum of 25lbs.
