About the role
This role is for a Dealer Support Account Representative at MasterSpas. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of dealers across North America and beyond, helping them navigate challenges, coordinate shipments, anticipate problems, and ensure they always have a trusted partner.
Responsibilities
- Become the trusted partner for a group of MasterSpas dealers, helping them grow their businesses while ensuring every order moves smoothly from production to delivery.
- Build strong relationships with dealers through proactive communication and understanding their businesses.
- Solve problems quickly and create positive experiences that keep dealers coming back.
- Prepare and manage sales orders, packing slips, and dealer documentation with accuracy.
- Maintain inventory and product availability for assigned accounts.
- Coordinate with Production, Shipping, Sales, and Accounting teams to align efforts and ensure timely deliveries.
- Communicate updates clearly to dealers to keep them informed about their orders.
- Look for opportunities to improve processes and eliminate unnecessary headaches.
- Support department projects that enhance the experience for both dealers and internal teams.
