About the role

The Senior Regional Manager leads a team of 10-12 Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors in Investor Advice Solutions, supporting clients through personalized service and ongoing advice.

Responsibilities

  • Motivate and inspire a team of advisors to achieve client satisfaction and growth goals.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal partners and clients.
  • Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and advance their careers.
  • Manage change initiatives and ensure the achievement of asset and service targets.
  • Monitor client interactions and coach to improve service and advice quality.

Requirements

  • CFP® designation or CFA® designation required (may consider 24 month condition of employment).
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license required.
  • Active and valid FINRA 66 license required (may consider a 120-day COE).
  • Active and valid FINRA 9/10 required (may consider a 120-day COE).
  • Five plus years’ experience in the financial services industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience in a leadership role with a focus on team development and performance management.
  • Ability to manage change and implement strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
