About the role

The Senior Regional Manager leads a team of 10-12 Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors in Investor Advice Solutions, supporting clients through Schwab Wealth Advisory, Centralized Service & Operations, and Wealth Strategies Consulting Group.

Responsibilities

  • Motivate and inspire the team by fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and clients.
  • Coach and develop team members, sharing extensive financial services experience.
  • Establish strategies and plans to meet asset and service targets.
  • Monitor client interactions and coach to improve service and advice quality.

Requirements

  • CFP® or CFA® designation required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license required.
  • Active and valid FINRA 66 license required (may consider a 120-day COE).
  • Active and valid FINRA 9/10 required (may consider a 120-day COE).
  • Five plus years’ experience in the financial services industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience strongly preferred.
