Senior Proposal Marketing Associate, Power & Energy
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to extract content.
From posting:
Who We Are: description of company. Could be "About the role"? Actually "Who We Are" is company overview. Could be placed under "About the role"? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have "About the role" heading and include company description and role overview.
We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID.
We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content.
We have:
- About the role: includes company description and role description: "Atwell, LLC is a bold leader..." and "Atwell is looking for a Senior Proposal Marketing Associate..." plus description of role.
- Responsibilities: list under "What You’ll Do". That's a list of duties.
- Requirements: maybe "What We’re Looking For" includes experience requirements. Could be split into Requirements and Qualifications and Skills. But we need to decide.
We have bullet list of requirements: 10+ years AEC marketing, experience supporting Power & Energy, track record leading complex SOQs, etc. Also education: bachelor's degree. Also AEC industry experience required. Direct experience within Power & Energy strongly preferred.
We also have skills: strong writing, editing, storytelling; advanced proficiency with Adobe InDesign; experience with Illustrator/Photoshop plus; strong proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel; ability to manage multiple pursuits; experience working with senior leaders; etc.
We could put all under Requirements, but better to separate: Requirements (experience, education), Skills (technical proficiencies). Qualifications maybe similar to Requirements. Since we have both, we can put Requirements for experience/education, Skills for technical proficiencies.
Benefits: there is a section "Atwell Benefits:" with many items. So we need Benefits heading and list.
Pay: not mentioned explicitly; only "Competitive Compensation packages Annual bonuses, spot bonuses and peer recognition awards". That's compensation info. Could be considered Pay section. The instruction: include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does mention competitive compensation packages, annual bonuses, etc. So we can include Pay heading with that content.
Schedule: mention "Because of the teams this position supports, candidates should be comfortable aligning their working hours with Central and Eastern time zones." Also "Flexible work schedules are available for some positions" under Benefits. So schedule info exists: need to align with Central/Eastern time zones. Could be Schedule section.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must remove boilerplate: disclaimer about AI tools, unsolicited resumes, etc. Also remove "Atwell Benefits: To attract..." but we keep benefits content. Also remove "Disclaimer While AI tools..." etc.
We need to preserve all substantive information.
Let's craft HTML:

Schedule
Because of the teams this position supports, candidates should be comfortable aligning their working hours with Central and Eastern time zones. Flexible work schedules are available for some positions.
We already mentioned flexible work schedules in Benefits; but it's okay to repeat? Might be duplicate. Better to keep schedule only, and remove flexible work schedules from Benefits to avoid duplication. However the instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. If we remove flexible work schedules from Benefits, we lose that info. But we can keep it in Benefits and also mention in Schedule? That would be duplication. The instruction says remove duplicated lines. So we should not duplicate. So we need to decide where to place flexible work schedules. It's a benefit (flexible work schedules) and also schedule info. Could place under Benefits and not under Schedule, but Schedule needs content: we have the Central/Eastern time zone alignment. That's schedule-specific. So we can keep Schedule with that sentence only, and keep flexible work schedules under Benefits. That's not duplication because the sentence about flexible work schedules
