Senior Proposal Marketing Associate, Power & Energy
for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like disclaimer about AI, unsolicited resumes, etc. Also remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes a disclaimer about AI tools and unsolicited resumes; we should remove that. Also remove "Atwell Benefits:" heading? We'll create a Benefits section with the benefits listed.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include company description maybe under "About the Company" but not required heading list; we could use "About the Company" but not in allowed headings list? The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. Probably we should stick to those headings where applicable. We have content for About the role? Could be a brief description of the role (the paragraph after "Atwell is looking for a Senior Proposal Marketing Associate..."). That could be "About the role". Responsibilities: the bullet list under "What You’ll Do". Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: the "What We’re Looking For" list includes experience, education, etc. Could split into Requirements (experience, education) and Qualifications (maybe same) and Skills (technical skills). But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine into one "Requirements" section covering experience, education, skills. But we need to follow instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits. That's four sections.
We must not include Pay or Schedule unless specified. Not present. So omit.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive information: company description, role description, responsibilities bullet list, qualifications bullet list, benefits list.
We must remove boilerplate: disclaimer about AI tools, unsolicited resumes, etc. Also remove "Atwell Benefits:" heading? We'll incorporate benefits under Benefits section.
We need to ensure we don't include repeated lines.
Let's extract content:
Who We Are: Atwell, LLC is a bold leader... (company description). Also includes awards list. That's substantive.
Then: Atwell is looking for a Senior Proposal Marketing Associate to support our growing Power & Energy practice... This is a senior-level opportunity... (role description). That's about the role.
What You’ll Do: list of responsibilities (starting with Lead the development...). We'll put each as
- .
What We’re Looking For: list of qualifications (starting with You’ll be a strong fit if you have:). Then bullet list numbered 1-... We'll treat as requirements.
Atwell Benefits: list of benefits under headings Work/Life, Compensation, 'Atwell’ness: etc. We'll combine into a Benefits section with sublists? Could keep as
with items; but there are categories. We could keep categories as - with sublists? Simpler: each benefit as
- . Might lose categorization but still preserve info. Could keep headings inside
- like Work/Life: then list. But we need to use
- for any list. Could nest lists. We'll do outer
for benefits categories, each - contains a Category: then a
- ... but that's nested lists; still okay.
We must not include the disclaimer about AI tools, unsolicited resumes, etc. Also remove "Atwell does not accept unsolicited resumes..." etc.
Also remove "Disclaimer While AI tools may support your application process..." etc.
Also remove "Atwell Benefits: To attract and retain..." maybe keep as intro sentence but not as heading. We'll keep a brief intro sentence in
before the list.
Now craft HTML.
Structure:
About the Company
but not in allowed list; maybe use About the role? Actually About the role is for role description. Company description could be under About the role? Might be weird. Could use About the Company
though not in list but maybe acceptable. The instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It gives examples but not exclusive. Safer to stick to those examples. Could treat company description as part of About the role? But About the role is supposed to describe the role, not company. However we could still use About the role heading and include both company and role description? Might be okay.
Alternatively we could omit company description? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include it. Could use a heading like About Atwell
. Not in list but maybe okay. The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. ...). It doesn't forbid other headings, just gives examples. I think it's fine to use other headings as long as they are . We'll use About Atwell, About the Role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits.
