Responsibilities
- Coordinating build activities
- Managing maturation of systems and processes through T Stage events
- Supporting mass production start‑up planning
- Reviewing business plans
- Investigating manufacturing technology impacts
- Supporting drawings and virtual builds
- Mentoring project teams to ensure manufacturability
- Tracking project progress
- Managing build orders
- Overseeing equipment and training development
- Facilitating communication across teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience
Qualifications
- Proficiency in 3D modeling (preferably CATIA)
- Honda design systems
- Cost management
Skills
- Ability to lift 20 lbs
- Operate vibrating tools
Schedule
- Flexibility for weekend or shift work
- Travel as needed
