Senior Program Manager, Prime Video Sports Operations

Join us in shaping the future of entertainment and sports broadcasting. As a Senior Program Manager on the Prime Video Live Events team, you'll lead the expansion of live sports events in North America and Latin America, ensuring these events are seamlessly brought to Prime Video.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute programs to bring new sports leagues to Prime Video and launch live events
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the growth of the business and enhance customer experience
• Manage workflows and operational procedures to ensure high-quality delivery of sports content

Requirements

• 5+ years of Supply Chain, Product Management, Program Management experience
• Experience owning end-to-end programs to drive results
• Effective communication with senior leadership
• Ability to work independently under time constraints
• Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines
• Experience building scalable programs and repeatable scalable processes
• Understanding of digital video streaming and/or digital video supply chain

Qualifications

• Passionate about understanding customers and their behavior
• Experience in the entertainment industry
• Experience building and growing relationships with internal and external partners
• Experience in building and managing operational teams for online services
