Senior Program Manager, Prime Video Sports Operations

Responsibilities

• Execute the execution of bringing new and existing live sports events to Prime Video from deal signing to first live broadcast.
• Define and execute programs to bring new sports leagues to Prime Video and launch live events.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of new features, business opportunities, and enhanced customer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Product Management, or Program Management.
• Experience owning end-to-end programs to drive results.
• Effective communication skills with senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines.
• Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Leadership experience in building and managing operational teams for online services.
• Experience building scalable programs and repeatable scalable processes.
• Understanding of digital video streaming and/or digital video supply chain.

• Proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and delivering results.
• Highly analytical, resourceful, and customer-focused.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Passionate about understanding customers and their behavior to drive new feature development.
