Senior Program Manager-Games

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead projects within our Games division. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional teams, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution for major game development projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, artists, and QA to ensure project goals are met
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines
• Ensure adherence to project scope, quality standards, and compliance requirements
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and address concerns
• Develop and maintain project documentation and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the gaming industry
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
