Senior Program Manager, Prime Video Sports Operations

Key job responsibilities
- Execute the execution of taking new and existing live sports events from deal signing to their first live broadcast on Prime Video.
- Define and execute the programs to bring new sports leagues to Prime Video and launch live events.
- Work closely with cross-functional counterparts in product management, engineering, content acquisition, operations, and executive teams to ensure the broader growth of the business.
About the team
The team manages programs and workflows associated with delivering live content to Amazon customers. This includes working with sports media and metadata partners, managing workflows through the publishing process, and defining operational procedures to bring highly engaging sports content to Prime Video customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the growth of the business, develop new features, and enhance the customer experience.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of Supply Chain, Product Management, Program Management experience
- Experience owning end-to-end programs to drive results
- Experience communicating effectively with senior leadership
- Experience conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
- Can work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks
- Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines
- Experience building scalable programs and repeatable scalable processes, leveraging various tools and methods to create scale and efficiency
- Experience and understanding of digital video streaming and/or digital video supply chain

- Experience in the entertainment industry
- Experience building and growing relationships with internal and external partners
- Experience in building and managing operational teams for online services
- Passionate about understanding customers and their behavior to drive new feature development
