Where You’ll Be
The ideal candidate will be based in our office hub in Palo Alto or New York City, with the requirement to be in-office 1+ days per week.

The Role
Drive Spotnana's global pricing and packaging strategy. Lead the development and implementation of pricing models, analyze market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualities
- Extensive experience in B2B SaaS pricing, particularly in enterprise sales, partnerships, and channel sales.
- A strong analytical foundation with the ability to build financial models and understand unit economics, cost-to-serve, margins, willingness-to-pay, and elasticity.
- Familiarity with AI tools for query generation and model development.
- Deep understanding of B2B pricing models such as consumption-based pricing, subscription models, and service pricing.
- Ability to quickly learn and become an expert in Spotnana's products and industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present recommendations to executives and manage cross-functional projects.
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills, especially in working with executives, vendors, and partners.
