Senior Pricing Manager
Pricing Strategy
You will develop and execute pricing policies and strategies that align with business objectives, market conditions, and competitive dynamics.
Pricing Execution
You will ensure pricing strategies are accurately implemented in our systems and pricing engines.
Data Analysis
You will utilize SQL and Tableau to analyze pricing data, customer behavior, and market trends to make informed pricing decisions.
Salesforce Integration
You will oversee the integration of pricing strategies into the Salesforce CRM, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for sales teams, including training/education.
Pricing Optimization
You will continuously monitor and optimize pricing structures to maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness.
Cross-functional Collaboration
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to gather insights and align pricing strategies with the overall business goals.
Reporting & Monitoring
You will generate regular reports and dashboards to track pricing performance, KPIs, and recommendations for improvement based on data, and periodically review these with key stakeholders across sales, finance, and GTM teams.
Experience and Skills
- 8-10 years of experience in the B2B technology industry across Strategic Pricing, Pricing Execution, and/or Deal Desk
- Understanding of SaaS/subscription and software licensing models
- Understanding of two-tier channel, OEM, and other indirect models
- Strong analytical skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and influence effectively across all levels of the organization
- Superlative written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Ability to translate and communicate complex topics in a variety of forums, tailoring communications to effectively fit and influence the targeted audience
- Detail-oriented in tasks and deliverables
Education
A Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, economics, or other quantitative disciplines, with an advanced degree preferred.
