Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with regional sales teams to support qualified opportunities and strategic accounts.
  • Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand business requirements, technical environments, and desired outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, from discovery through solution validation.
  • Design Hybrid Cloud and AI architectures incorporating infrastructure, cloud, data, and AI technologies.
  • Develop solution concepts, architectures, and technical designs aligned to customer needs and Lenovo capabilities.
  • Ensure proposed solutions are scalable, resilient, secure, and commercially viable.
  • Support proposal development including technical responses, architectures, and solution narratives.
  • Participate in customer presentations, technical workshops, and solution reviews.
  • Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to ensure smooth handoff from pre-sales to implementation.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7–12 years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, technical consulting, or related roles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Hybrid Cloud, AI, infrastructure, and enterprise architectures.
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise sales engagements.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong technical depth combined with customer-facing and consultative skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
  • Comfortable working across sales, delivery, and product teams.
  • Self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional presence with customers and internal stakeholders.
