Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with strategic partners, defining objectives, audiences, messaging, channels, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Own partner launch strategies, including onboarding, marketplace activation, field engagement, lifecycle campaigns, and post-launch growth initiatives.
  • Build integrated marketing programs across events, content, email, digital campaigns, paid channels, social media, and partner platforms.
  • Create partner enablement materials, campaign toolkits, sales resources, and activation plans to support effective co-selling motions.
  • Drive internal partner engagement programs to increase awareness, adoption, and preference within partner organizations.
  • Partner closely with sales, partnerships, lifecycle marketing, analytics, and regional marketing teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Establish reporting frameworks, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize programs based on performance insights.
  • Manage partner marketing budgets, co-funding initiatives, event investments, and ROI reporting.
  • Build repeatable partner marketing playbooks and operational processes that can scale across multiple partnerships.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business objectives and marketing execution.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with significant experience in partner, ecosystem, channel, or field marketing.
  • Proven experience managing partner marketing programs that directly contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex partner launches and multi-channel demand generation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies, including events, lifecycle campaigns, content, digital marketing, and paid channels.
  • Experience developing joint marketing plans aligned with commercial objectives and sales strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior sales leaders, partner stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, measuring performance, and optimizing marketing investments.
  • Experience using marketing and sales technology platforms such as CRM systems, automation tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive initiatives forward.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred experience managing partner event sponsorships, enterprise-level HR ecosystems, or complex technology partnerships.
