What You’ll Do
- Create strategies to fuel growth across the partner ecosystem, inform partner prioritization, and develop joint marketing plans to drive product sign-ups and revenue.
- Own campaign execution together with partners (e.g., email, webinars, events, in-product activations, paid social, etc.), and identify the budget and resources required.
- Craft compelling copy used in co-marketing programs in collaboration with partners, product marketing, and content team.
- Identify and pilot new initiatives with partners using marketing development funds to maximize pipeline and revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and collaborate closely with internal teams to integrate partners into the Go-To-Market strategy and campaigns.
- Measure performance and conduct analysis to assess and communicate the performance of co-marketing activities, identifying areas for improvement.
What You Bring
- Six or more years of experience in partner marketing in the B2B SaaS space, preferably focused on SMB and Mid-Market segments.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful partner marketing programs and building win-win relationships with partners.
- Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to effectively manage multiple projects.
- Courage to take the initiative, pilot, and evaluate new program types.
- A deep understanding of the customer journey through and with a partner.
- Experience in leveraging AI to optimize partner programs and strategy.
- Cross-functional leadership and experience driving alignment across different teams.
- Hands-on experience with GTM & digital marketing tools, such as Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, Looker.
- An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: raises the bar, moves with urgency, stays resilient through ambiguity, and takes ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes.
Pay
- On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range (San Francisco, CA): $167,000—$196,000 USD
- On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range (Denver, CO): $141,000—$166,000 USD
