Senior Partner Development Program Manager | United States| Remote
About the role
The Sr Partner Development Program Manager will oversee the success of Grafana Cloud's OEM and technology partners, particularly focusing on the new plugin marketplace. This role involves managing the entire lifecycle of partner engagements, from onboarding to renewal, and collaborating with the Business Development Manager for upsell opportunities. The position requires a blend of program management, data-driven decision-making, strategic thinking, and relationship management to scale the product partnerships portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of partner journeys, including onboarding, activation, and renewal.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to explore upsell opportunities.
- Drive operational success and revenue goals through one-to-many communication and leveraging automation and AI.
- Work cross-functionally with Grafana teams to ensure contract compliance and agreement fulfillment.
- Create and define processes to ensure operational success of agreements with royalty or revenue share components.
- Maintain monitoring of deployment health and customer satisfaction with partner engagements and programs.
- Build dependable, automation-driven systems to accurately track program progress and partner success metrics.
- Navigate OEM and plugin partner initiatives with the Corporate Development team and enable customers through the scaled external access program.
- Create and implement programs to scale the partner ecosystem.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing a portfolio of customers/partners, developing strategies for maximum retention.
- Comfortable operating at scale and supporting partners through a 1:many engagement style.
- Experience building agency systems focused on automating processes and scaling.
- Experience helping partners and customers navigate marketplaces and associated transactions.
- Enjoy working cross-functionally and building/optimizing operational processes.
- An analytical nature with a knack for solving real-world business challenges and identifying areas of opportunity.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask to manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures.
- A high integrity, ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement mindset with the ability to thrive independently in a high-velocity, highly dynamic work environment with tight deadlines.

Pay
In the United States, the base compensation range for this role is $160,000 - $195,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process.
