The Senior Partner Development Program Manager role is based in the United States and offers the opportunity to shape and scale a global partner ecosystem within a fast-growing technology environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and expanding partner programs
- Ensuring operational success
- Creating scalable frameworks for long-term ecosystem growth
- Collaborating with internal teams to achieve partnership commitments and operational goals
- Supporting OEM relationships and enabling successful customer experiences
- Developing documentation, enablement resources, reporting frameworks, and internal tools
- Analyzing performance data and establishing systems to measure partner progress and ecosystem impact
- Identifying opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and automation in partner operations
Requirements include:
- 5+ years of experience managing customer, partner, or ecosystem programs with a focus on retention, growth, and strategic engagement
- Experience operating at scale through one-to-many partner engagement models and program frameworks
- Proven ability to build and optimize operational processes in dynamic, fast-moving environments
- Familiarity with automation tools, AI-enabled workflows, or agency systems designed to improve operational efficiency
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and develop practical solutions
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- High ownership, integrity, curiosity, and adaptability when working independently in a rapidly evolving environment
