About the role
This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Technical Services environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage partner lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
- Drive operational success and revenue goals leveraging automation
- Ensure compliance with partnership agreements across teams
- Define processes for success with revenue-sharing arrangements
- Monitor partner engagement and customer satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with Corporate Development on data-driven systems
- Navigate relationships with OEM partners to enhance user experience
- Create documentation and enablement materials for partners
- Implement programs to scale the partner ecosystem
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partner/customer portfolio management
- Comfortable operating at scale with 1:many engagement
- Experience in building automated and scalable systems
- Expertise in navigating marketplaces and transactions
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Pay
$160,000 – $195,000 annually
