We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it). Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to parse the posting. The City of Chicago is an Equal Employment Opportunity, Military Friendly, and Fair Chance Employer. City of Chicago Brandon Johnson, Mayor Job Posting Sep 16, 2026, 12:01:00 AM BU 01 We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Also remove the BID INSTRUCTIONS? The instruction says "Remove ... application instructions." So we should remove the BID INSTRUCTIONS block (apply on bid site, check box, etc). Also remove the "Applications for this position will be accepted until 11:59 pm CDT on 09/30/2026"? That might be considered application instruction? It's a deadline; maybe it's considered part of application instructions. The instruction says remove application instructions. Likely we should remove the deadline line as well. However, we need to preserve substantive information. The deadline is substantive? It's about when to apply. Might be considered application instruction. Safer to remove it? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So yes, remove the application instructions block. That includes the bid instructions and the deadline. Also remove the "For Information on our employees' benefits, please visit our benefits website at:"? That's a link to benefits; maybe that is not application instruction but a benefits reference. The instruction says we should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does state a link to benefits website. So we can include a Benefits section with that link? But we need to avoid filler. The link is substantive: provides info about benefits. So we can include a Benefits section with a

containing that link. However, we need to use

    • for any list of benefits. Since it's just a link, we can use

. Similarly, "For Information on our salary and title structure, visit our classifications website at: City of Chicago:: Classification and Pay Plan" - that is about Pay? It's a link to salary and title structure. Could be considered Pay info. But we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does not state a specific salary range besides Starting Salary: $47,364. So we have a specific starting salary. That is Pay info. So we can include a Pay section with the starting salary. Also we have location, days, hours (Schedule). So we can include Schedule section with days and hours. We need to avoid creating sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual data. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (maybe a brief summary), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements/Qualifications (minimum qualifications), Skills (maybe not explicitly listed), Benefits (link), Pay (starting salary), Schedule (location, days, hours). Also maybe "Selection Process" could be a section? Not in the list of allowed headings; only those given. So we should stick to those headings. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. So no

Senior Office Assistant... etc. We need to output only HTML fragment. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract substantive info: - Starting Salary: $47,364 - Number of Positions: 1 (Additional Vacancies Possible Pending Budget Approval) - maybe minor metadata; could be folded into a short

or dropped. It's not a heading. Could be placed in a

under About the role. - Position open to public and all current City employees covered under collective bargaining agreement with AFSCME – BARGAINING UNIT 1,3,4 &5. Only employees in City job titles in this bargaining unit are eligible to bid. This is eligibility info; could be part of Requirements or About the role. - Under supervision, positions are allocated across all City departments and offices and perform a variety of complex office assistant duties to support department operations and perform related duties as required. This is a summary of role. - Essential Duties: long list (we need to preserve all). We'll put them in

      • under Responsibilities. - Additional Duties May Be Required For This Position - we can note that as a note. - Location: 2 North LaSalle Street - Days: Monday - Friday - Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm - THIS POSITION IS IN THE CAREER SERVICE - maybe note. - Minimum Qualifications: Education, Training, and Experience: One (1) year of clerical or office assistant work experience. Should the above criteria not be fulfilled, the following options are acceptable: A diploma or a certificate of completion from a vocational or business education program in Office Administration; Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate’s degree or higher. - Educational & Employment Verification: need to provide info if selected. Could be part of Requirements. - Selection Requirements: skills assessment test and interview; details. Could be part of Requirements or maybe a separate section? Not allowed headings; we could fold into Requirements. - Benefits link. - Salary and title structure link (maybe not needed if we have Pay). Could be included in Pay section as additional info. - Application evaluation etc: maybe not needed. - Commitment to diversity etc: maybe not needed (could be considered boilerplate). It's about hiring preferences; but it's not EEO boilerplate? It mentions ordinances; could be considered EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. Likely remove. - All references to political sponsorship etc: remove. - City of Chicago Brandon Johnson, Mayor Job Posting Sep 16, 2026, 12:01:00 AM BU 01: maybe metadata; could be dropped. We need to avoid duplication. Let's craft sections:
