About the Role
The Senior Marketing Manager, Stratafix, will lead a team of direct reports responsible for supporting and accelerating growth efforts for this key platform within J&J MedTech Surgery. This role owns the Stratafix brand end-to-end, leading portfolio strategy and brand management for the U.S. market. Responsibilities include new product launches, forecasting, creative and integrated marketing, and specialty-specific strategies.
This position is based in Raritan, NJ and will require up to 35% travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Stratafix portfolio strategy, including value proposition, segmentation, targeting, positioning, messaging, pricing, and portfolio prioritization.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing managers to build capabilities and deliver measurable business impact.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and execution to advance the Stratafix growth strategy, deliver tactical plans, and achieve business objectives.
- Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that translate the Stratafix value proposition into compelling customer engagements, accelerating adoption and supporting business objectives.
- Partner with Professional Education, Commercial Education, Field Sales, Contracting, Global Marketing, HEMA, and Medical Affairs to develop customer insight–driven solutions that support adoption of the Stratafix portfolio.
- Partner with the Field Sales Organization to strengthen customer-facing execution through sales enablement tools, training, educational resources, and clear commercial guidance.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Finance to develop accurate forecasts, growth targets, business planning assumptions, and financial objectives for the Stratafix portfolio, including revenue, share, and pricing commitments.
- Collaborate with Global Strategic Marketing, customers, key opinion leaders, and external partners to generate actionable insights, shape launch messaging and positioning, and inform commercial priorities based on U.S. market needs.
- Ensure applicable company compliance with all relevant regional requirements, company regulations, policies, and procedures.

- Excellent communication, presentation skills, and influencing skills to engage collaborators at all levels within the organization is required.
- Ability to effectively build and foster relationships with both the sales organization and customers is required.
- Demonstrated experience developing and leveraging customer insights is required.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully build and execute a marketing plan is required.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
- An advanced degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 6 years relevant business experience is required.

Pay
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $122,000.00 - $212,750.00. This position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
