About the role
The Senior Manager of Tax Rightshoring Strategy at EisnerAmper will lead efforts to expand and optimize the firm's Tax Rightshoring initiatives. This role requires strong interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders and foster collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for rightshoring strategy, engaging with PICs, Partners, and Engagement Managers across all offices to build trust and alignment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Tax leadership across all US offices and teams to identify opportunities for rightshoring adoption.
- Collaborate with India tax leadership to design and implement tailored rightshoring solutions that meet the needs of US offices.
- Partner closely with the Tax Resource Management Director and the Resource Managers supporting the India practice to ensure consistent deployment processes, forecasting methodologies, and scheduling practices across the organization.
- Work with Tax Resource Management leadership to promote adherence to established deployment procedures, workforce planning standards, and resource management best practices.
- Represent the firm at internal meetings and events to promote awareness and understanding of rightshoring.
- Mentor India Tax leaders and help them bridge cultural gaps to help them connect with Partners and leaders in the US.
- Help India leadership team ideate and implement Rightshoring best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent field is required.
- Significant experience in Tax, Operations, Resource Management or Professional Services with demonstrated success in strategic initiatives.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence senior leadership and drive desired results through leveraging relationships.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business development mindset with consultative approach.
- Ability to lead change and foster collaboration across diverse teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred/Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in tax or equivalent field preferred.
