Senior Manager, People Partner Walmart Connect Sales

As a Sales People Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to shape talent strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development for a high-growth advertising business. Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to execute talent and people strategies aligned with business growth and organizational priorities
- Drive workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
- Analyze people and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Support organizational change efforts while ensuring alignment with company policies and compliance standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve team effectiveness, associate engagement, and business performance
Requirements
- Experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, high-growth, or global business environments
- Strong background in human resources strategy, organizational effectiveness, and change management
- Experience leading talent planning, coaching leaders, and developing high-performing teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 in Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279 and $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 in Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Stock
