Senior Manager, People - Walmart Connect International

Position Summary

As Walmart Connect continues expanding its advertising capabilities across international markets and in close coordination with Sam’s Connect, we are hiring a People Partner to support the organization by delivering strategic and operational people solutions across talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, performance enablement, and leadership coaching.

What you'll do

• Partner with senior leaders to design and execute talent strategies aligned to business growth
• Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and high-impact development efforts
• Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by providing guidance and training
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Define and implement people strategies aligned with business goals and organizational change initiatives
• Analyze people and business data to inform decisions, identify risks, and recommend improvements
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of information

Minimum Qualifications

• PHR or SPHR Human Resources Professional certification
• Project Management Certification
• Project management experience
• Supervisory experience

Additional Compensation

• Annual salary range: $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
• Annual or quarterly performance bonuses
• Stock (additional compensation for certain positions)
