Senior Manager, Paid Media

Job Description

The Senior Manager, Paid Media is the operational engine behind Chamberlain's $78M paid media portfolio — translating enterprise strategy into channel plans, agency briefs, and performance recommendations that drive enrollment growth across Chamberlain University. Reporting to the Senior Director of Media & Advertising, this role owns the day-to-day health of a full-funnel media ecosystem including but not limited to paid search, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, CTV/OTT, streaming audio, digital out-of-home, and affiliate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in marketing required or a related field required and Master's Degree MBA preferred
• 7+ years of marketing experience in a corporate marketing or advertising agency environment required
• Sharp, strategic marketer with a blend of direct marketing and brand marketing experience required
• Proven local marketing experience required and experience working in an inquiry generation setting for a direct sales force preferred
• Experience managing budgets required
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid analytical skills
• PC skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%

Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $115,000 and $130,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
