Senior Manager, Paid Media
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and Execute Paid Media Campaigns
- Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, programmatic audio, and other emerging channels.
- Avoid inaccurate targeting, budgeting, and delivery settings to meet business objectives.
- Optimize Campaigns for Performance
- Maintain accurate campaign performance data and adjust bids, targeting, and creative placements as needed.
- Ensure campaigns are pacing correctly to deliver impressions, conversions, or other defined KPIs.
- Track and Report Campaign Results
- Implement proper tracking and measurement strategies, including pixel/tag management.
- Provide detailed performance reports, highlighting insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for testing and improving campaign ROI.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
- Work with the Creative team to ensure ad assets meet platform specs and are optimized for performance.
- Partner with Sales to align paid media strategies with client goals and revenue targets.
- Communicate campaign progress, results, and optimization opportunities across departments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns (agency or in-house).
- Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads/YouTube, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, programmatic DSPs).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
- Comfortable interpreting data and making optimization decisions quickly.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform dashboards, etc.) and pixel/tag management.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for working cross-functionally with Sales, Content, Creative, and other stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with programmatic audio platforms (Spotify, Pandora, or similar).
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Certification(s) in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, and/or LinkedIn Marketing.

Pay
The base salary compensation range for this role is $90,000 to $120,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
