About the role

What You’ll Do
Strategize: Craft cross-channel digital advertising strategies in collaboration with clients from every level of the political world, identifying the proper tactics, channels, and audiences for each one.
What We’re Looking For
- Six or more years of experience in digital paid media, including social, search, and programmatic advertising.
- Experience working in political campaigns or government affairs (required).
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in team management and mentoring junior team members.
- Experience with demand-side platforms (DSPs) such as The Trade Desk, DV360, or similar platforms (required).
- Experience with social media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, and X (formerly Twitter) (required).
- Experience with tag management systems generally and conversion tracking specifically (required).
- Ability to translate complex data from multiple ad platforms into clear, actionable insights and client-facing reports.
- A positive, proactive attitude, with a willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends to meet campaign deadlines.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
