About the role
The Senior Manager, Influencer and Partnerships will lead the strategic development and execution of influencer and partnership marketing initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute influencer and partnership marketing campaigns that align with brand goals and objectives.
- Identify, cultivate, and manage partnerships with influencers and brands that enhance the company's reputation and reach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer and partnership marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in an influencer or partnership marketing role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers, brands, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
