Senior Manager, Influencer and Partnerships

About the role

The Senior Manager, Influencer and Partnerships will lead the strategic development and execution of influencer and partnership programs to drive brand awareness and engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key influencers and brands.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer and partnership strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
• Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with relevant influencers and brands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across all marketing initiatives.
• Measure and report on the success of influencer and partnership campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in an influencer or partnerships management role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing influencer and partnership programs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and brands.
• Experience with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
