About the role
Oversee building maintenance and workplace services, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and visitors. Focus on operational reliability and effective property management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage robust facilities operational strategies focused on customer experience, reliability, and cost optimization.
- Oversee expense and capital budgets, ensuring expenditures align with the Total Cost of Occupancy methodology.
- Ensure proper staffing and completion of daily facility tasks, including maintenance and workplace experience services.
- Administer personnel functions, such as recruiting, training, and mentoring staff, to build a strong team.
- Collaborate with Finance and other partners to manage property financial activities and adhere to corporate policies.
- Oversee vendor performance management and ensure all work meets contractual and company expectations.
- Lead facilities planning, including space allocation and coordination with departments for reconfiguring spaces.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or 5 years of equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7+ years of facilities management experience, 5+ years of Office and Occupancy Services management experience, 5+ years of supervisory experience.
- Skills: Understand building construction, communicate clearly, use personal computers and software applications, demonstrate advanced customer service skills, understand OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations, apply and utilize KPIs and performance metrics, exhibit effective empathy, compassion, and willingness to provide atonement.
Qualifications

Pay
The base pay for this position generally is between $88,200.00 and $156,600.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Schedule
This position requires full-time, on-site presence with no remote or hybrid work options.
