About the role

The Senior Director, Corporate Workplace and Facilities Management drives end-to-end operational excellence across a large, complex portfolio, delivering seamless property experiences and reliable systems. This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic operational plans for building and property maintenance to enhance occupancy experiences across multiple corporate locations.
  • Forecast, plan and implement property reinvestment strategies that ensure assets are safe, aligned with business requirements, and meet performance, safety, and reliability needs.
  • Lead and support best-in-class facilities management practices to deliver efficient and optimized property operations, including managing expense and capital budgets to achieve optimal results aligned with the Total Cost of Occupancy methodology.
  • Develop and oversee life safety and emergency preparedness programs in coordination with key operational groups.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to deliver comprehensive occupancy solutions and optimize real estate portfolios and planning.
  • Develop positive relationships with internal leaders and external service providers to drive results that enhance occupancy experience.
  • Guide and inspire a high-performing facilities management team while supporting their professional growth and productivity.
  • Monitor team performance and productivity, provide frequent feedback to optimize the mission of a Facilities Management Center of Excellence.
  • Apply key performance indicators and benchmarking to drive continuous improvement and operational reliability.
  • Lead sourcing strategies and develop real estate operational best practices both locally and across the entire Spectrum real estate portfolio.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Experience: 12+ years of commercial real estate facilities or property management experience, 10+ years managing large, complex real estate portfolios including office and multi-use properties, 7+ years management or supervisory experience.
  • Diverse and cross-functional commercial real estate discipline experience expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 12+ years of commercial real estate facilities or property management experience.
  • 10+ years managing large, complex real estate portfolios including office and multi-use properties.
  • 7+ years management or supervisory experience.
  • Extensive cross-functional corporate real estate discipline experience.

Pay

The base pay for this position generally is between $112,800.00 and $220,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Schedule

This position requires full-time, on-site presence with no remote or hybrid work options.
