About the role

Oversee building maintenance and workplace services, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and visitors. Focus on operational reliability and effective property management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage robust facilities operational strategies focused on customer experience, reliability, and cost optimization.
  • Oversee expense and capital budgets, ensuring expenditures align with the Total Cost of Occupancy methodology.
  • Ensure proper staffing and completion of daily facility tasks, including maintenance and workplace experience services.
  • Administer personnel functions, such as recruiting, training, and mentoring staff, to build a strong team.
  • Collaborate with Finance and other partners to manage property financial activities and adhere to corporate policies.
  • Oversee vendor performance management and ensure all work meets contractual and company expectations.
  • Lead facilities planning, including space allocation and coordination with departments for reconfiguring spaces.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or 5 years of equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7+ years of facilities management experience, 5+ years of Office and Occupancy Services management experience, 5+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Understand building construction with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, communicate clearly and professionally, use personal computers and software applications, demonstrate advanced customer service skills, understand fire prevention and safety programs, know OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations, have knowledge of safety management, apply KPIs and performance metrics, exhibit empathy and compassion, maintain confidentiality, read, write, speak, and understand English.

Schedule

Available to respond to after hour emergencies/inclement weather issues. Potential but limited overnight, multi-night travel to offices in market areas/out-of-town. Walking: moving about on foot frequently, often over long distances and for long periods of time.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record within company-required standards.
