About the role

The Senior Manager Communications Strategy and Activation will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing communications strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product, and digital to ensure alignment and effectiveness of campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns
• Manage and optimize social media presence to enhance brand reputation and customer engagement
• Oversee creative direction and manage external vendors for campaign production
• Measure and analyze campaign performance to inform future strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, preferably in a corporate environment
• Proven track record of successful campaign development and execution
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
