Senior Manager, Business Development

Position Summary

What you'll do...

What You'll Do...

• Recruit and launch the next generation of Walmart Marketplace sellers.
• Work closely with the category seller growth teams to assess market opportunities and competitive trends, and develop acquisition strategies to attract new accounts, expand assortment, and increase inventory.
• Manage the entire business development lifecycle from sourcing to transactability, ensuring new sellers are fully equipped for immediate success.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 3 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or relevant area OR 5 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Supervisory experience.
• Working with cross-functional teams.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 in Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008; $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 in Bellevue, Washington US-11663; and $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 in San Bruno, California US-08848. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
