About the role
The Senior Amazon Online Growth Manager will lead the development and execution of business strategies that accelerate The Creme Shop’s online growth, with a focus on Amazon. This role will ensure investments in online strategies drive growth, while providing a seamless customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Arcitect the long-term growth strategy for The Creme Shop’s Amazon business, ensuring alignment with the overall eCommerce and Digital Media strategy
- Manage all critical aspects of the Amazon channel including merchandising, content development and site performance to deliver a seamless customer journey and user experience
- Collaborate cross-functionally, leveraging customer insight and product data to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic direction
- Partner with brand marketing and creative teams to develop content that best represents The Creme Shop, promotes key initiatives, and drives top-line sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon partners
- Develop, manage and optimize Amazon channel budget, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve channel performance and maintain a forward-looking strategy
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience, in eCommerce, Digital Marketing or multichannel retail management, including at least 3 years of Amazon business strategy
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Strong understanding of Amazon’s business model, strategy and Amazon Vendor Central
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans, with strong communication and stakeholder influence
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage several projects with minimal oversight, while managing the priorities of team
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data to drive insights and decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinker with the ability to identify and promote innovative approaches to business growth and operational challenges
