We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "Job Summary" and then sections: Essential Duties And Responsibilities (with subheadings REVENUE & BUSINESS LEADERSHIP, E-COMMERCE & MARKETPLACE Leadership, WEBSITE PLATFORM & AGENCY MANAGEMENT, Leadership & Talent Development). Then Job Requirements (with subheadings SKILLS & ABILITIES, Required EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE, Preferred). Then Key Success Measures, Specific Knowledge..., Physical Demands, Work Environment, Footer (boilerplate to remove). Also Pay Range given: "Pay Range: $130,000 - $145,000". So we need a Pay section. Also maybe Benefits? Not present. Schedule? Not present. So only include sections with real content: About the role? There's a paragraph at start describing company; could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content accordingly. We have: - Company description: "Luxor Workspaces has been supporting people...". Could be placed under About the role? Or maybe we can put under About the role (though it's about company). We'll include a

About the role

with that paragraph. - Pay Range: include

Pay

with the range. - Job Summary: could be part of About the role? But we have separate Job Summary paragraph after company description. Could combine under About the role or maybe a separate section "Job Summary". The instruction list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. No explicit Job Summary heading. But we could treat Job Summary as part of About the role. However we need to preserve all substantive info; we can include it under About the role as prose. - Responsibilities: we have Essential Duties And Responsibilities with subheadings. We'll create

Responsibilities

and then under that we can have subheadings? The instruction only says use

for section headings; subheadings could be

or just

with bold? Not specified. Safer to keep them as

maybe, but they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). It didn't forbid other headings. We'll use

for subheadings inside Responsibilities. - Requirements: we have Job Requirements with SKILLS & ABILITIES, Required EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE, Preferred. We'll make

Requirements

and inside maybe

Skills & Abilities

,

Education & Experience

,

Preferred Qualifications

(or just list). The instruction list includes Qualifications, Skills sections. We could split:

Skills

for skills & abilities,

Qualifications

for education/experience, and maybe

Preferred Qualifications

for preferred. But they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine into Requirements with subheadings. - Key Success Measures: could be under Requirements? Or maybe a separate section "Key Success Measures". Not in list but we can include as a section if substantive. The instruction says include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. It does have Key Success Measures list. So we should include a section, maybe

Key Success Measures

. Not in the example list but allowed. - Specific Knowledge..., Physical Demands, Work Environment: these are boilerplate? They have content: Specific Knowledge... says None, Physical Demands None, Work Environment Usual office... This is somewhat boilerplate but still specific. However they said remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Those sections are not legal/EEO; they are job description specifics. However they often are generic. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we can omit those if they are thin (None). But Work Environment has some content: "Usual office working conditions, occasional business travel..." That's substantive. Could include under a section "Work Environment". Not in list but okay. - Footer boilerplate to remove. Thus final HTML: sections:
