Amazon E-Commerce Senior Manager
About the role
This role is responsible for developing and executing a tailor-made Philips North America Amazon strategy and plan aligned with the overarching Philips Personal Health Business vision and goals. You will collaborate closely with Regional Business Units, MarComm, Amazon Sales, and Agency teams to create a successful 360 Amazon ecosystem, including strategy, planning, buying requirements, and overseeing implementation for the total PH NAR business.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own the creation and implementation of the PH NAR Amazon 360 Strategic plan (paid + organic), coordinating between the Integrated Agency Team, Amazon Ads, Philips Amazon Sales team, and other external partners.
- Translate business briefs into activation briefs for Amazon, connecting activation and sales plans.
- Oversee all content needs for Amazon activation, including owned content (PDP, brand store) and paid content (banner ads, search ad copy, etc.).
- Oversee implementation of media strategy plans for Amazon, ensuring performance aligns with business and sales objectives.
- Develop media strategy, briefs, and KPIs to deliver on national business and customer priorities (e.g., High-Volume Events (HVE), Recurring Revenue, Base vs. Promo).
- Monitor Amazon Market Share, Share of Voice, and Sales & Profit objectives.
- Leverage data to optimize media plans in real-time and conduct performance reviews to ensure KPIs are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience.
- 8+ years of experience in CPG media management, including agency management.
- Amazon experience is required.
- Proven expertise in the Amazon ecosystem and full-funnel media activation.
- Track record of successful media activation plans and results on Amazon.
- Ability to influence and build strong working relationships.
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Must reside in or within commuting distance to Stamford, CT.
- US work authorization is required; the company will not sponsor work-authorized visas now or in the future.

Pay
The pay range for this position in Connecticut is $139,440.00 - $223,104.00 USD annually. The actual base pay offered may vary within this range based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may include an annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long-term incentives.
Schedule
For office-based teams, this role requires working in-person at least 3 days per week.
