Senior Manager - Agile Practice Management

About the role

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Run programs with budgets exceeding $10M, managing large-scale projects
• Manage Agile practice resources, contractors, and matrixed project team members
• Drive planning activities, including meeting organization and agenda development
• Ensure project deliverables are created, utilized, and updated appropriately
• Manage operational and capital financials, including quarterly labor and cost forecasting
• Interface and communicate with senior leaders across the organization
• Monitor multiple project lifecycles, tracking plans and deadlines for deliverables

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Agile and/or Project Management with cross-functional teams
• 5+ years of experience leading program delivery in large organizations
• 2+ years of experience managing a team of project managers or scrum masters
• Familiarity with software development methodologies
• Experience in budget forecasting
• Proficient in Microsoft and work management tools like JIRA
