Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operations and overall performance of the center.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience from initial engagement through post-procedure follow-up.
- Lead, recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Drive results across sales, operations, and clinical partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and accreditation standards.
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, labor management, inventory, and financial controls.
- Operate the center as if it were your own, taking full ownership.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments, hitting and exceeding KPIs.
- Be decisive, adaptable, and balance multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency.
- Align center operations with company values, policies, and standards.
- Partner across sales, operations, and clinical teams to drive performance and results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading mid to large-scale or multi-unit operations (retail, service, or healthcare)
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results against KPIs and financial goals
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold
