Practice Manager

Scope of work

• Responsible for the activities of team members within practice(s) and oversees the delivery of optimal patient flow and patient satisfaction in collaboration with dyad partner.
• Trains team members and serves as a liaison between providers, team members and director in daily operations.
• Responsible for charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and practice staffing.
• Manages team member performance and development and ensures policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in business, management or other related area
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management or other related area Preferred
• Three (3) years of relevant healthcare, medical practice or related work experience Required
• One (1) year of recent and relevant supervisory or management experience.
