Job Responsibilities
- Solicit, develop and maintain relationships with retail brokers/agencies to generate new and renewal revenue streams focused on Senior Living Casualty products and services.
- Present our services and solutions to clients.
- Bring new and renewal business prospects to closure.
- Retain clients by maintaining solid relationships.
- Prepare/assist in contracting of clients and any required paperwork.
- Develop and maintain current knowledge of SPG’s core business partners and their products.
- Work optimally with team to ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Work with clients to ensure the optimal coverage is offered, including quoting and/or follow-up.
- Maintain industry memberships/licenses with regulatory bodies.
- Attend and participate in ongoing education for industry knowledge.
Job Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty License
- 5+ years of previous experience in sales and/or underwriting.
- Senior Living casualty experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must be sales driven and enjoy business development with the ability to develop, foster and maintain excellent working relationships.
- Able to understand client’s needs and have knowledge of the risk profiles associated.
- Able to work under pressure and within deadlines.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and organizational skills required.
- The preferred candidate is a team player with a great attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
The expected salary range for this position is $110,000 to $120,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
