About the role
The Life Insurance Wholesaler acts as a liaison between insurance companies and insurance agents. In addition, a wholesaler actively recruits insurance agents, offering comprehensive support with both life insurance products and marketing strategies. Their aim is to empower agents in effectively presenting life insurance solutions to their clients. This is accomplished by providing sound advice about certain insurance companies, products or concepts.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with insurance agents and agencies.
- Making calls that initiate agent interest in a particular product, service or program.
- Aiding agents in selling insurance products, providing illustrations, case design, application and related forms to help.
- Educating agents about how to position life insurance products within appropriate solutions for their agent's clients.
- Providing top-notch product expertise and perspective.
- Participating in effective marketing campaigns and sales programs to drive more life insurance sales.
- Using LinkedIn and Email recruiting tools.
- Tracking cases that were actively worked on.
- Daily cold calls to independent life insurance agents.
- Additional duties as required.
Requirements
- 5+ Years of Life Insurance Experience
- Great Customer Service Skills
- Organized
- Exceptional Communication Skills
- Life and Health Insurance License
- Computer and CRM Experience
- College Degree
- CLU
- LUTCF
