About the role

The Senior Employee Benefits Producer at Inszone Insurance Services is responsible for quoting and selling policies to prospective customers, protecting the interests of both clients and insurance company partners, and managing various tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospects provided by the company
• Quote and sell insurance policies
• Consult with customers to meet their insurance needs
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Document contact opportunities professionally
• Ensure tasks are completed to completion

Qualifications

• Licensed – Active Insurance License required
• Prior insurance experience in the appropriate area of insurance required
• Ability to multi-task and manage different projects simultaneously
• Clear and calm communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction
• Organized and able to plan and operate in a well-organized manner
• Team-oriented and able to work positively in a team environment
• Professionalism and setting a high standard for success
