Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and diagnose performance gaps
- Design and implement engaging, effective learning solutions
- Translate complex business needs into clear instructional strategies
- Manage the delivery of high-quality training and onboarding programs
- Develop assessment strategies to measure learning effectiveness
- Analyze learning data to connect with performance outcomes
- Maintain content standards to enhance the learner's experience
Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in instructional design or related fields
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and learning technologies
- Expertise in designing interactive online learning experiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including quality assurance capabilities
- Proficiency with industry-standard instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe)
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, preferably Cornerstone onDemand
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
